    Hmmm, I watched “The Dirt” and though admittedly thin, wasn’t a total turd.

    Ditto. That show proves that Idris can suck just like anyone else.

    I have high hopes for a new Luther series, though.

    This kind of thing is why it is so disappointing that Netflix went away from ratings and doubled down. 1) you can no longer give a 1-5 star rating, you can only give thumbs up or down. 2) they don't show you the % thumbs or down. The percent on a movie is an opaque algorithmic estimate as to how similar the show or film is to stuff you've liked. We all know exactly whey they did it because they don't want everyone to know that "Bright" had an 89% thumbs down 2 days after it launched but long term this is a dissatisfier.
