Yes they'd all easily float with a foam key chain. My personal favorite is my ceramic gerber that I keep in the car. Its very lightweight and stays sharp....and it wasn't expensive so I wouldn't be too upset if I lost it.

I'd probably use a float on a knife I like. If you want something sharp and inexpensive, get an Openel and drill a hole in the handle to attach a float.

I have a Ken Onion blade that I carry sometimes, but it's a little heavy for my taste. Nice knife though:

That's a nice looking knife. I like my Chive so much I've been thinking about getting a Leek and giving my SOG to my dad.

I think this one is called a "Shenanigan." It's got a blade flipper but is not assisted open, and the handle has a belt clip on the other side from shown.

My SOG is assisted but doesn't have the flipper nub, it just has two side lugs. It probably could be broken in more but as it is, it's like 90% of the resistance is in 10% of the throw. The Chive is smooth as butta.

Some nice knives here. I have the typical Old Timers pocket knife.

Although I usually carry my Chive, I have two other Kershaw pocket knives to choose from. DSC_1944.JPG
