I thought maybe it was a discussion about high-end audio gear. But, alas, no. Cartoon movies.

You object to the word cartoon? OK. Comic Book.

I am good with them being called cartoon movies or comic book movies. I don’t delude myself into thinking they are high art, they are just crazy fun when shit works right.

I was able to find 4 tickets for a 9pm show on the 26th...in 3D no less. Remember to wear your adult diapers...it's 3 hours long with no intermission.

I would have preferred 2D since none of these movies are native 3D, but alas, the 2D showings were all sold out in my area!

Being a geek. I like 3D. PREFER IT TO BE HIGH QUALITY NATIVE 3D. but I’ll take what I can get. I am agnostic for the most part about the subject matter.

Definitely...I got turned off by the poor presentations in my local theaters a few years ago (too dim) and stayed with 2D only until Alita in IMAX 3D last month.

It was the dismissive attitude, rather than the specific choice of word.

As much as I've grown over-saturated with comic related movies, I will see Endgame eventually. I've preferred the films with some humor (Guardians of the Galaxy, for example) and the early returns suggest Endgame falls in that category.

    Spoiler free....

Very satisfying for any of the Marvel fans, best Avengers yet.

BTW no end credit scenes so don’t stress your bladder out like I did just go,

Going to see it with my son at some point. Seems like a good father and son movie.
Yes, David these are comic book movies, not cartoon movies.
Did you not read comic books as a child??
