    I remember those Dynacos, they sounded real good. A bit low on the sensitivity, but these look to be an improvement in that regard.

    You getting speaker lust Denton? - :)

    Nice speakers but $1,000 and you have to build them sounds a bit steep. There are a lot of good speakers out there for that kind of cash.

    Ain't gonna happen. I currently own 4 pairs of stereo speakers, one 5.1 surround set, and 3 additional powered subs. :blink:

    I recall the Dynacos with fondness just like I recall a girlfriend or two that way. But those relationships wouldn't have lasted that long either.

    I had four A25's with the Quadaptor...we were still using them in our son's room...lost 'em in a marital dispute....in the day they sounded good..my dad made the A35's....and both Dad and the ex made up all the kits...Pat 4, Pat 5, equilizer, several amps.......

    Ooooo! Dynaco! A25s were my first speakers! Also had a PAT4, Stereo 120 and FM5 which I built. Moved on to Large Advents with Yamaha C2 and B2...

    Holy wayback machine Mr. Peabody. I LOVED these things....well maybe like Denton describes, not sure, but had many great concerts in the living room.
    Dang, maybe these need to be made after the other set on the table....
