Kalamata Olives for salads and snacks

    Any recommendations for either brine cured or olive oil cured? Where do you get it from?

    Jarred at whichever grocery. Never had any issue. If you want fresher consider the olive bat at Central Market or something.

    Yeah, Mezzetta is good stuff, made right here in the Napa Valley. I've been to their plant a few times on automation applications.

    Thanks will give it a try. A friend said he saw Kalamatas in Trader Joe, house brand.
