Any recommendations for either brine cured or olive oil cured? Where do you get it from?
Jarred at whichever grocery. Never had any issue. If you want fresher consider the olive bat at Central Market or something.
Yeah, Mezzetta is good stuff, made right here in the Napa Valley. I've been to their plant a few times on automation applications.
