This 2019 documentary is about an all-women crew who competed in the 1989 Whitbread Round the World Race. One of the crew members filmed the 9-month race and the footage is amazing. The storm scenes brought back memories of a bareboat trip I took with friends in the British Virgin Islands in 1975. We got hit by Hurricane Eloise about halfway through the trip. The crew's description of the noise the waves made breaking over the bow made me a little nervous. The women weren't expected to finish the first leg, but wound up finishing second. If you're into sailing or adventure, check it out.

Sounds good, is it on Netflix or Prime? Where/how did you see it?

Thanks John, I'll check Hoopla, and Kanopy, to see if they have it available. Seems like a film that's right up their alley.
