I want to record my Windows 10 desktop on my laptop. Making a tutorial with voice over using a usb mic. Is recording the screen built in or is there an easily downloadable piece of software for this? I see gamer kids doing this stuff on youtube all of the time, but I have no idea how it is done.

I want to do some work on a spreadsheet and record what I am doing (with voice) so I can share the video.
I assume I'll use Windows moviemaker to make it all happen, once I have the screen recorded video file?
