    While I agree this would never happen in the US, I don't find the argument terrible. They're basically saying "given our labor laws, if he had slipped in the shower at the hotel or chocked on steak at a restaurant while on a business trip it would be covered. This is too. He was performing a normal life activity while on a business trip."

    And given our labor laws you can get fucked.

    But yeah, if France's labor lays cover normal day to day activities, fine. I know European countries are more liberal than than the US, so maybe having a shag with a prostitute is like getting the mail, then it should be covered. (that was part of the point right?). Seems like it was more recreational though. Would skydiving be covered?
