From my friend Alex Mack who works in the gaming industry:

Just a heads up that if you ever installed Words with Friends or Draw Something; Zynga lost account name, email, and pw information for 200M accounts in october. Yeah I didn’t get an email from them about it either.

I thought you were going to write about Ermenegildo Zegna, the NYC megabucks men's clothing guy.

I've been impacted by probably 30 breaches at this point from online retailers to stuff like this where they have info but no real financial info, to actual financial institutions. The only real solution is to never use the same password twice and the only real way to manage that is to use a trusted password vault, one that allows you to do client side encryption so they can't even see your passwords.

What do you use and would you recommend it? I’ve heard 1Password is good.

I've used 1Password and LastPass and like LastPass better. I think at the time 1Password didn't offer storing credit card info for fill forms which I use extensively. OR if they did, I didn't like they way it worked. I don't recall.

I actually own a Zegna suit... it is quite nice, summer-weight Italian wool and silk blend. I don't get much cause to wear it these days.
